EULA - End User License Agreement

1. Authorization
Individual Users:
You may not use Disk Copy for free as well as copy, distribute and transmit Disk Copy.
OEM Users:
If you want to incorporate Disk Copy into other software, please contact us: corp@easeus.com

2. Limitation
You need hold the entire copyright symbol on copies of Software Product.
You may not reverse engineer or decompile this software product, except that the limitations above are prohibited by applicable law.

3. Termination
If you do not comply with terms and conditions of this Agreement, EaseUS may terminate this Disk Copy License Agreement for Ultimate Users without obstructing other rights. On the occasion, you should destroy all the copies of this software product and stopping using this software at once.

4. Copyrights
All the property and copyrights to this software product and its copies are exclusively owned by CHENGDU Yiwo TECH Development Co., LTD. All the copyrights, trademarks, patents or other proprietary rights of materials and content made available or accessed through this software product are the copyrighted work of Company and/or their suppliers. All these materials and content are protected by copyright as a collective work and/or compilation, pursuant to relative copyright laws, international conventions, and other intellectual property rights laws and regulations. This EaseUs Disk Copy End User License Agreement does not authorize you to use these materials and content.

5. No Warranty for Flaws
You use this software product at your own risk, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. No warranty of any kind is expressed or implied. Neither CHENGDU Yiwo TECH Development Co., LTD nor the agents will be liable for any flaw obligation under bond and condition, including, but not limited to implied obligation for some particular purpose and non-aggression of others' rights and interests.

6. No Liability to Pay Compensation for Derived Damages
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CHENGDU Yiwo TECH Development Co., LTD has no liability to pay compensation for your special, derived, direct or indirect damages (including, but not limited to business profits loss, business interruption, data loss or other tangible or intangible loss) by using or not using this software product. This regulation will not differ or change whether you notify CHENGDU Yiwo TECH Development Co., LTD the possibility of the damages in advance or not.
